Herbal Mint For this chocolate we created an herbal mint (Mentha spicata) bittersweet chocolate ganache with just a touch of our special floral olive oil from Aptosl. This creates a flavor complexity that far surpasses an ordinary mint. $1.95
Single Malt Scotch A smoky Single Malt Scotch is blended with a fine bittersweet chocolate to produce a ganache center that really astounded us. $1.95

Framboise A blend of Bonny Doon Vineyard's Framboise and fine Belgian chocolate make for a small piece of chocolate heaven. $1.95

Maya A center make of unrefined Mexican sugar, cream, butter and a touch of dark rum is hand-dipped in bittersweet chocolate. The gold thread pattern on the top reflects the primitive yet distinctive flavor of the center. $1.95
"Wild" Strawberry We first make strawberry vodka by soaking fresh strawberries in vodka for several months. Then we blend that vodka with cream and Belgian bittersweet chocolate. This mixture is then piped into a thin bittersweet chocolate shell. $1.95
Rose Oil A subtle infusion of Turkish Rose Otto oil in a classic French ganache doesn't begin to describe one of our newest creations. The makers spent six months to get just the right rose flavor and then they finished it with the image of a real rose. $1.95
Omega One of the world's finest olive oils, grown in Santa Cruz, is combined with bittersweet chocolate and finished with a sprinkling of Fleur de Sel from Big Sur to create a unique and rare chocolate experience. $1.95
Tango The signature flavor of Argentina, Dulce de Leche, is combined with Vietnamese cinnamon into a subtle yet evocative ganache milk chocolate. The filling is then hand-dipped in bittersweet chocolate and rolled in toasted pecans. $1.95

Hazelnut This recently won the grand prize at the National Hazelnut Product Development contest. First, a shell with a hazelnut praline is made, then it is filled with hazelnut chocolate & Frangelico ganache, hand-dipped in chocolate and finally topped with a hazelnut transfer. $1.95
Rum Dome A dark and hearty Jamaican Rum is blended with cream and Belgian milk chocolate and then molded in a bittersweet shell. What a treat. $1.95
Pegasus We recently discovered an outstanding Aglianico (Ah-lee-ON-ee-koh) from Paso Robles. We blended this wine with a fine Belgian bittersweet chocolate and a floral olive oil from Aptos. We think this is one of our most unique chocolates. $1.95
Basil Our favorite summer herb never tasted so good infused in fresh cream and then blended with bittersweet chocolate to produce a sublime flavor. $1.95
Lavender A subtle blend of bittersweet chocolate with an infusion of French Lavender and cream is hand dipped in bittersweet chocolate. Our latest version is made with lavender and olive oil from Valencia Creek Farm in Aptos, CA. $1.95
